Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Training Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS / Information security
• GPA of 3.3 and higher • 1-2 years of IT work-experience is a plus
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite
• Evidence of lateral thinking and thinking on one’s feet.
• Should have good knowledge of core Java and understanding of J2EE technologies including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, JSP Servlets, Structs, XML and EJB
• Should be familiar with at least one J2EE application server (WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, etc)
• Should have knowledge of the various data stores such as RDBMS, flat file, LDAP etc and should be familiar with SQL, Stored Procedure, ODBC etc.
• Should have completed at least one Java based project (could be as part of the college course) and understand the SDLC involving understanding of requirements, designing, coding, build scripting using tools like ANT, unit testing with use of some test tools, writing test cases and executing test cases and reporting test results, bug fixing and support.
• Candidate must be legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship as well as be willing to travel to client locations domestically.

Training Program Details:

• Selected candidates will be further interviewed and will participate in a short technical test to qualify for the training program.
• Candidates who pass the final interview and technical test will be enrolled in a 3 week training program along with offer letter for permanent employment.
• Candidate will not be paid to attend the 3 week training.
• There are no costs associated with this training programfor those candidates who complete the course and join our client, a Multi-national Software Development and Consulting Company, as a permanent employee.
• Salary is very competitive and based on previous experience.
• Candidates will receive online instructor led training in the following IDM areas:






• Training sessions will take place either early in the AM or in the evenings.
• Applicants will be screened by Wipro and will agree to accept the permanent employment opportunity upon completion of the boot camp.
