Identity Management Senior Level Openings!
Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Candidate Requirements:
The ideal IDM candidate must have 6+ years of experience in IT Security. The candidate must have taken an active part in the architecture, design, implementation and administration of any IDAM Products (Oracle, CA, Novel, SUN, IBM, and Microsoft) and Directory Services. He must possess demonstrable knowledge in design, deployment and administration of LDAPv3 Directory Services, Identity & Access Management solutions using any IDAM product suite (Oracle, CA, Novel, SUN, IBM, and Microsoft).
Candidate must be legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship as well as be willing to travel to client locations domestically.
Salary is very competitive and based on experience.
Required Skills
IDAM Requirement analysis
Demonstrated
ability to architect and design an IDM solution from the ground up
Hardware sizing of Identity management and directory services implementation
Familiarity with BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere or Tomcat
Some experience with at least one of the following development
environments/languages:* J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET or C#*
Technical design and documentation (using tools like MS Visio and MS office)
Data Analysis and Integration with multiple data sources
Solution Demonstration to Customer (both online and onsite)
Technical Liaison - facilitate and establish a strong communication channel between the customer and the development teams
Ability to communicate and motivate team members to enhance strategic goals and bottom line objectives
Desired Skills
5+ years of experience in developing, implementing or architecting IDAM systems
Professional Service experience is a big plus
Demonstrated ability to be reliable and flexible
Demonstrated ability to write report segments and to participate in presentations
CISSP certification and any other IDAM vendor certification
